Managing email replies manually is one of the biggest bottlenecks in outreach. To solve this, I designed an end-to-end AI workflow that automatically classifies email intent and triggers instant, context-aware responses.

🔹 How it works: 1️⃣ Inbox Watcher: Listens for incoming email replies in real-time via Gmail API.

2️⃣ Intent Classification: Uses OpenAI to analyze the sentiment & intent (Interested, Question, Not Interested, Out of Office, Unsubscribe).

3️⃣ Smart CRM Sync: Automatically updates lead status in Google Sheets based on the AI’s decision.

4️⃣ AI Draft & Auto-Reply: Generates tailored, personalized responses for interested leads and crafts follow-up sequences.

5️⃣ Instant Notifications: Alerts me instantly for high-value/hot leads requiring manual review.

Built using n8n, OpenAI API, Gmail, and Google Sheets.
